After a partnership fell apart, plaintiffs filed a multi-count complaint seeking punitive damages and other relief.  Employing carefully crafted discovery to expose the weaknesses of plaintiffs’ case, Bob Juskie moved for summary judgment on behalf of their clients.  Faced with a likely successful motion, plaintiffs agreed to dismiss their case for a waiver of costs and other relief to the defendants.
