Having served as Chairperson of the Legal Committee of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce since January of 2009, Mr. Todd was asked to join the invitation-only Public Policy Committee.  The Public Policy Committee monitors policies and legislation that impact the San Diego business community and supports policies that assist in the development of opportunities for job creation and business growth.
