A former officer and alleged shareholder of Wingert Grebing’s client sought the production of corporate business records.  Mr. Todd established that petitioner did not seek the records for a proper purpose.  Instead, petitioner could have used the records to obtain an unfair competitive advantage for his newly formed business.  The court did not order the records produced.
