Charles Grebing moved to strike a complaint for malicious prosecution, abuse of process and fraud under California’s Anti-SLAPP statute, which protects the rights of petition and free speech.  After prevailing on the motion, the court awarded Wingert Grebing’s client more than $20,000.00 in attorney fees and costs.
