After representing the plaintiff in a multi-million dollar marital dissolution, an attorney’s former client sued him for malpractice.  Charles Grebing moved for summary judgment on behalf of the defendant attorney.  Prior to the hearing on defendant’s motion, the plaintiff dismissed his entire action with no money being paid to the plaintiff.
