Mr. Walshok successfully defended claims against his client, the administrator of an estate, for breach of contract and other common counts.  After hearing from multiple witnesses and considering other evidence, Judge Joel Pressman found in favor of Mr. Walshok’s client on all causes of action.  The court held that plaintiff’s claims were barred by the statute of limitations and there was not adequate consideration to form a valid contract.
