After defending and settling a legal malpractice case relating to a tax dispute, a Southern California attorney and her firm were sued for RICO conspiracy with the Internal Revenue Service.  Mr. Grebing  obtained a complete dismissal and entry of judgment in favor of their clients within seven months of the complaint being filed and without costly discovery.
