A collection agency sued Chris Todd’s client to recover the cost of goods delivered to a restaurant in Pleasanton, California.  The client, a former partner in the restaurant and current licensee under Alcoholic Beverage Control law, moved for summary judgment.  With the motion pending, the plaintiff dismissed all claims with prejudice.
