Wingert Grebing’s client, a nationwide firm, was hired to provide limited property services in a condominium complex.  A flood damaged a condo unit, and the owner of the damaged condo sued Wingert Grebing’s client.  The Court granted Wingert Grebing’s motion in its entirety, ruling the plaintiff could not demonstrate a triable issue of material fact regarding causation.
