Wingert Grebing’s clients, an attorney and his law firm, withdrew as counsel upon learning their client had failed to disclose her extensive history of filing frivolous lawsuits related to the administration of her parents’ probate estates.  The client then sued her former attorneys for legal malpractice.  Charles secured a dismissal based on the plaintiff’s status as a vexatious litigant by showing her legal malpractice case was related to the same issues as plaintiff’s many previous unsuccessful lawsuits.
