Charles Grebing obtained a defense verdict on behalf of Wingert Grebing’s client in an action involving a deed dispute.  After four days of trial before Judge Enright, the jury returned a unanimous defense verdict within three hours.  The jury concluded the Plaintiff could not establish causation or damages.
