Partner Colin Walshok has filed an action against landlord and property owner Bankim Shah, All Property Management, Shah’s property management company, and other defendants alleging claims of negligence, breach of the implied warranty of habitability, private nuisance, and breach of the implied covenant of peaceful and quiet enjoyment. The lawsuit alleges Shah knew of water issues, pest and cockroach infestation, mold problems, broken windows, and other habitability issues at multiple properties he owns or manages in San Diego County.
