In response to an alleged breach of contract claim pursued by the local company “Hot Tub Cruisin, Inc.,” Chris Todd challenged the court’s authority to hear the matter by filing a Motion to Quash for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction. The San Diego Superior Court granted the motion July 17th, and Chris’s South Carolina client will no longer have to defend the case.
