In June 2015, Wingert Grebing’s Alan Brubaker and Ian Friedman obtained a $33.7 million verdict resulting from breach of partnership and breach of fiduciary duties claims where Wingert Grebing represented a woman who was wrongfully, and unknowingly, cut-out of the business she founded.
