Stephen Grebing, Colin Walshok and Corey Garrard recently obtained a defense verdict in a claim being pursued against their clients, the owners and managers of a rental property.  Plaintiffs contended they were exposed to mold, a damp indoor environment, and other toxins during their tenancy.  Plaintiffs sought over $200,000 in damages.  After a five-day jury trial, the jury returned a defense verdict, and the plaintiffs were awarded no damages.
