Colin Walshok recently obtained a defense verdict on behalf of his client in a matter arising out of an automobile accident near Big Bear. Plaintiff contended she sustained a significant brachial plexus injury that was going to require her to need future medical care for the next 50 years of her life. Plaintiff asked the jury for more than $2 million in damages. After a five-day jury trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of Mr. Walshok’s client, and found him not negligent as it related to the accident. Plaintiff was not awarded any damages.
