Ian Friedman a represented a San Diego family law attorney and her firm who were sued for legal malpractice by their former client relating to the negotiation of a Marital Settlement Agreement in a $30+ million divorce. After a two-week trial, the jury returned a unanimous verdict finding Wingert Grebing’s clients were not negligent. The Jury also awarded Wingert Grebing’s client over $32,000 in attorney’s fees and costs owed by the former client for services rendered during the divorce proceeding.
