Steve Grebing and Saleem Hawatmeh defended a property preservation company who was sued by a real estate investment group based on a claim for trespass and property damage.  Plaintiffs sought five years of lost rent and an award for property damage. After a three-day trial, the jury returned a unanimous verdict and found that the conduct of the property preservation company was not a substantial factor in causing harm and found no liability on its part.
