We are a medium sized firm with a broad and diverse client base. Founded as an insurance defense firm, we have broadened into a one-stop-shop for all your litigation and counseling needs. Today our clients include small and medium size businesses, Fortune 500 Companies, regional and national insurers, and individuals.
We are currently panel counsel to 15+ regional and national insurance carriers with a broad range of emphasis including commercial, bodily injury, automobile, home, and professional liability carriers.
Our business clients include everything from innovative and thriving small and midsized businesses to several Fortune 500 companies either headquartered or doing business in California. In addition to litigating for our clients, we are privileged to handle many of our clients’ transactional matters, and even regularly serve as outside general counsel.
We also represent individuals impacted by and encountering the law. Most people never want to need a lawyer but when they do it is important to get one who is experienced in the practice area and will truly put the clients’ interests first. Our business is not dependent on contingency representation, which allows us to be selective when evaluating personal representation. This lets us fully engage on behalf of each of our individual clients giving them the time, attention, and direction they deserve.
Many clients have questions about fee structures. Our size allows us flexibility not available to national firms. While most of our clients retain us under traditional hourly rate fee models, we also, in appropriate scenarios, will structure fee arrangement providing predictability and/or risk sharing that can include contingencies, partial contingencies, flat fees, or result driven payments. We want our interests aligned with our clients’ interests and explore finding fee structures making that possible.
