Colin Walshok focuses on personal injury, construction, and professional liability matters. He has successfully tried and arbitrated multiple cases to verdict. He has handled numerous major catastrophic injury, traumatic brain injury and wrongful death cases. Colin has defended major corporate clients in arc flash cases, class actions and in employment matters. Colin is well versed in construction issues, including: disputes over construction contracts between homeowners and contractors; defective construction cases; and disputes involving condominium associations and the interpretation of CC&Rs. He has arbitrated multiple cases that have resulted in favorable judgments for his clients. He has handled matters before the Contractor’s State Licensing Board. Colin has represented multiple clients on construction delay and inefficiency claims – representing both owners and designers.
Colin regularly defends and represents health care providers, doctors, naturopaths, and medical facilities on a variety of issues through multiple carriers. He is well versed on all aspects of advising medical professionals and medical facilities in the litigation context. He has successfully defended employers that have been sued in employment matters.
Colin has a strong background with business litigation involving corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. He has handled multiple cases involving partnership disputes and the interpretation of operating agreements. He advises both golf professionals and golf companies on contracts, appropriate business structures and methods to avoid future litigation.
