Mallory’s practice focuses on professional liability defense, business litigation, and complex civil litigation. Mallory has successfully represented attorneys in defense of legal malpractice actions and State Bar claims arising from numerous underlying practice areas, including business disputes, transactional matters, civil litigation, family law actions, and trust and estate services and litigation. Mallory is Certified as a Specialist in Legal Malpractice Law by the State Bar of California. She was also recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America 2024 edition for her exceptional work in Legal Malpractice Law.
Mallory earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from California Western School of Law in 2015. While in law school, Mallory gained experience working as a judicial extern with the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and as an intern for several San Diego law firms and public agencies. Since becoming licensed to practice law, Mallory has proudly spent her legal career as an attorney with the law firm of Wingert Grebing.
