Evan Armstrong is an associate attorney at Wingert Grebing Brubaker & Juskie LLP. Evan’s focus areas include defense of individuals, professionals, and businesses involved in litigation. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2019. While attending University of San Diego, Evan had the prestigious honor of serving as Editor-In-Chief of the school’s International Law Journal (Volume 20), and represented the school at competitions for the International Arbitration Moot Court Team. Prior to law school, Evan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, with a concentration in Biopsychology.
Prior to joining Wingert Grebing, Evan gained experience in various employment litigation aspects, including wage and hour disputes, PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act) claims, and discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. Evan also worked in-house for a large technology company based out of Phoenix, Arizona, where he handled various complex transactional matters, including business-to-business sales contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and terms and conditions of end-user license agreements.
In his spare time, Evan is a passionate soccer fan and cigar aficionado.
