
Evan Goldman is an associate attorney at Wingert Grebing Brubaker & Walshok LLP. Evan’s focus areas include defense of individuals and businesses in civil litigation. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2025, where he was a Dean’s Outstanding Scholarship recipient, a Mock Trial Team competitor, and certified in Special Education Law & Advocacy. His academic writing spans disability law, health law, and human rights, including papers on anti‑LGBT legislation and U.S. asylum protections, online tracking technologies, and the relationship between moral respect and legal competence. While in law school, Evan externed for a Federal Magistrate Judge at the US District Court for the Southern District of California.
Before law school, Evan completed his B.A. in Philosophy at UCLA, where he was twice named to the Dean’s Honors List, received the Undergraduate Research Fellowship, and conducted research through the Undergraduate Research Fellows Program.
He has been recognized as a Coelho Fellow with the Coelho Center for Disability Law & Policy and remains active in the legal community through the San Diego Jewish Bar Association, the J. Clifford Wallace Inn of Court, and the American Constitution Society.
Evan brings a multidisciplinary perspective to his practice and is committed to advancing fair, accessible, and principled outcomes for the clients he serves.
