Justine Berard

Justine Berard is an Associate Attorney at Wingert Grebing Brubaker & Walshok LLP where she focuses her practice on the defense of individuals, professionals, and businesses involved in litigation. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 2023 where she served as an oral advocate and competitor on the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team. While in law school, Justine also held several legal positions in probate litigation, intellectual property, and business law. 

Prior to joining Wingert Grebing, Justine went on to gain experience in both trusts and estates and intellectual property where she developed a strong appreciation for the legal frameworks that govern ownership, innovation, and legacy. 

In her spare time, Justine enjoys spending time with family and friends, long distance running, cooking, and traveling. Originally from Montreal, Canada, she is an avid hockey fan and values the language, culture, and sense of community that continue to shape her personal and professional life.
